Rosario Dawson | Lola
Rosario Dawson is an actress and producer from the United States, who made her film debut in the 1995 indie drama Kids. He Got Game, Josie and the Pussycats, Men in Black II, Sin City, Rent, Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, and, most recently, Zombieland: Double Tap are among her later prominent film credits. Before winning the Satellite Award for Best Supporting Actress – Motion Picture for her performance in Rent and being nominated for the Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Actress in a Comedy for her performance in Top Five, she had a brief cameo on Sesame Street when she was a kid.
In 1998, Dawson collaborated with Prince on a remixed version of Prince’s 1980s classic 1999, which featured the actress in an introductory voice-over. The actress, in 2014, made a decision that would change the course of her life — making herself a mother by adopting then-11-year-old daughter Lola.
