Ty & Holly Burrell | Frances & Greta

American actor and comedian Ty Burrell first gained widespread acclaim in Broadway productions such as Macbeth and off-Broadway productions such as Corners, The Blue Demon, Burn This, and Show People. He is most prominent for playing Phil Dunphy in the ABC comedy Modern Family, where he earned a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series both in 2011 to 2014.

He made his film debut in the 2001 film Evolution. In addition to Black Hawk Down, Dawn of the Dead, and Muppets Most Wanted, he played Doc Samson in Marvel’s The Incredible Hulk. The 53-year-old actor has lent his voice in various animated films, including Finding Dory, Mr. Peabody & Sherman, and Storks. Ty, together with his wife, Holly, decided to adopt their daughter Frances in 2010, ten years after their marriage, and Greta, her sister, back in 2012.
