Multi-awarded actress Jane Fonda is best known for her box-office hit Monster-in-Law and takes credit for more being in the industry for more than six decades. Apart from her work on the screen she is widely recognized for her social activism for civil rights and stands against violence.

Along with her strong belief system is the need to give children in the system a place and a family to call home. The actress has three children, one of whom is adopted. Mary Luana Williams was welcomed into the family in the year 1982 when she was a 14-year-old teenager. Now, like her mother, she is also a social activist. She has also published literary works entitled The Lost Daughter: A Memoir, detailing her life as an adopted child. She also helped found the Lost Boys Foundation, aimed at aiding the boys of Sudan affected by turbulence and wars. Who’s to say she’s not Jane Fonda’s biological daughter? She is surely acting like one.
