Rosie O’Donnell | Parker, Chelsea, Blake & Dakota

The television personality Rosie O’Donnell started her career in the 1984 Start Search competition series before eventually landing a massive gig in daytime television! She takes credit for hosting her namesake show in the year 1996 for about six years, which bagged several Emmy Awards. She later starred as a co-host in The View. Apart from her work in television, she is also a loving mom of five kids and has earned the title of being a hip new grandma too!

Her journey to becoming “granny” started in the year 1995 when she adopted her son Parker. Two years later she welcomed Chelsea, who is now a mom to a precious baby girl, Skylar. In later years, O’Donnell has adopted two more children, namely, Blake and Dakota. She has also welcomed Vivienne, who was conceived through artificial insemination. O’Donnell is a very vocal figure of the LGBTQ+ community, is an advocate towards adoptions for same-sex partners. Until now, she continues to be against the negative stigma concerning gay parenting.
