RHONDA ROSS KENDRICK-DIANA ROSS’S DAUGHTER

While singing with friends on an utterly mundane day in the 1960s, the teenage Diana Ross and her friends had an idea to form The Supremes. Composed of a trio, The Supremes went on to have hits such as Come See About Me and You Can’t Hurry Love. Nine years after, Ross left and pursued a solo career, a risk that had a desirable outcome since she reached the top spot singing Ain’t No Mountain High Enough and Love Hangover. The singer also has acting credits in films such as Mahogany and Lady Sings the Blues, where she was nominated for an Oscar.

Ross’ career has withstood the test of time. With a career that has exceeded four decades, it goes without saying that she is a phenomenal performer. Rhonda Ross Kendrick is among Diana’s five children. Like her mother, Rhonda is a singer, songwriter, actress, and a public speaker. During her mother’s In the Name of Love tour, Rhonda opened the show for her mother. She was on all 32 days of the summer tour.
